Item didn't fit or you just don't love it? No problem! 

Our return policy is for store credit only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you can use your store credit to purchase the new size. Orders MUST meet the below requirements to be eligible for return. 

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, cigarette smoke and deodorant free
  • Items must be shipped back within 21 days of original purchase date
  • Sale items, jewelry and handbags are FINAL SALE


Use a prepaid return label

CLICK HERE to begin the returns process using our returns portal to obtain a prepaid return label. $7.50 will be deducted from your store credit once your return is processed. 


Use your own shipping label

If you'd like to use your own shipping label, please send your return to the following address using whichever carrier you prefer. Please include a copy of your receipt or order # with your return.

*If your return does not meet our return criteria, your package will be sent back to you at your expense. No exceptions. 


Please allow 1-3 business days to process your return once it is received by our returns department. You will receive an email with your store credit. Credit does not expire. 


Damaged Items

We inspect all items before shipping them out but sometimes mistakes are made. If you receive an item that is damaged you MUST notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and tags still attached. Please email us at with a picture of the defect along with your name and order number.


Due to the limited quantities and fast turnover of inventory we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to swap your item for a different size, return your item during the 21 day return window and order the correct size using your store credit.
