Item didn't fit or you just don't love it? No problem! Items will be accepted for return up to 14 days after delivery. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, makeup, smoke and deodorant free and with original tags still attached to be issued credit.
All sale items, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any order wished to be cancelled after it is placed is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items postmarked within 1-7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee or a store credit for the full amount.
Items postmarked within 8-14 days of delivery will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase.
Please fill out the form on the back of your packing slip before shipping your return. Once items are received at the store, your return will be processed within 5 business days. Items that do not comply with return policy will be sent back to customer at their expense. Items returned after 14 days will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

We inspect all items before shipping them out but sometimes mistakes are made. If you receive an item that is damaged you MUST notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Item must be unworn and tags still attached. Please email us at email@example.com with a picture of the defect along with your name and order number.
Due to the limited quantities and fast turnover of inventory we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to swap your item for a different size, return your item during the 14 day return window and order the correct size using the store credit or refunded amount.
